My Internship!
I am currently interning at thyssenkrupp Materials Services, and I have been with the company for over a year in a part time remote position. It has given me real world experiences and taught me how to work with others in a professional environment. Below is an article written by my boss that was featured in my company’s newsletter about my summer experience.
Projects I have completed include redesigning the company’s corporate SharePoint page, creating training videos, and writing work instructions. I also redesigned the company’s corporate Quality Policy Manual.
During my second summer at thyssenkrupp, I was given the opportunity to work on projects that affected the scope of the entire organization. I began working on training initiatives, including helping populate the new OSG (One Source Group) Training SharePoint site, creating training curricula, and developing new trainings in areas that did not exist prior to this project.
I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to work at such a wonderful company that gives me the chance to work on projects that make an impact on the overall organization.
